Reservation Conditions

  1. All reservation requests are subject to availability and tables are allocated on the day of the reservation.
  2. Due to operational requirements, strictly no reservations on Friday’s.
  3. We will endeavour to honour your request, however, cannot guarantee the date, time, mber of people or special requests.
  4. Strictly no under 18’s after 20:00
  5. Tables above 10 guests will be charged a 15% service fee, which will be the responsibility of the person holding the reservation.
  6. No split-tabs will be allowed for bookings over 10 guests.
  7. A maximum of 2 sections on the deck, which can accommodate 30 guests comfortably may be booked.
  8. Final numbers to be confirmed 24 hours prior to reservation, changed numbers or cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
  9. At the discretion of the Manager reservations may be cancelled due to non-arrival within 15 minutes of the requested time.
  10. Decorations and balloons are not permitted without prior approval by Management.
  11. Dress Code: Guests are requested to wear casual attire with appropriate footwear. We regret that any person dressed in a way management deem inappropriate, will be denied access into Uncle Jim’s.
  12. All guests must adhere to COVID-19 regulations as stipulated by law.
